Cancellation Policy
Prior to purchasing any content, you must check that you meet the system requirements, which include

If you violate these conditions, we may limit your access to the Products, including but not limited
to:
- Failure to make any payment due to us,
- Failure to furnish us with accurate information that is required for us to offer you with the

In these cases, we will notify you in writing and give you seven (7) days' notices before restricting
your access to the Products.
We will not accept the following products for return:
- Items that have been modified or tailored to meet a specific need,
- Items that include or can be accessed through online/digital content
- Clearance items or those marked with a designation such as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Exam vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable
A 25% restocking charge will be applied to all authorized returns.
